This might be germans

but according to the other site the disc golf course is being closed because its not safe. I guess we need to punish them for winning a national championship.

just curious

[seshomoru]

It's a lot easier to get high and go play on campus than it is to go all the way out to Columbus.

[DerHntr]

just was curious about its danger. the only hippies i saw with frisbees were always on campus.

but the club sports director who proposed to build it there is the one who is shutting it down. Its that area of land in between campus trails and that big parking lot next to Mckee.

[MrHooch]

are you talking about MSU's disc golf course or the one out at Lake Lowndes (sp?)...the only 'dangerous' part to the one on campus are the steep hills on the first 2-3 holes, and if you're not a totally uncoordinated goober that's not much of a problem. If this is because some gangly idiot can't put one foot in front of the other I'm gonna be pissed...

[DerHntr]

i have been waiting for some idiot to kill himself back there. it's not even close to dangerous but could see someone doing some damage if they don't pay attention.

Sandy: I want you to kill every gophers on the golf course!
Carl Spackler: Correct me if I'm wrong Sandy, but if I kill all the golfers, they're gonna lock me up and throw away the key...
Sandy: Not golfers, you great fool! Gophers! The *little* *brown*, *furry* *rodents* -!
Carl Spackler: We can do that; we don't even have to have a reason. All right, let's do the same thing, but with gophers -!

[Stansfield]

Maybe too many people were gutting mugged on that path or something.

[alabamadog]

and Stansfield, you are thinking of the right area.
