If we had reason to suspect that UK was going to consistently struggle on offense, then it would be bad. But UK is #1 in the country in efficiency, and really hasn't had many bad offensive games all year. The fact that UK can miss so many relatively easy shots and still be having little real trouble is generally an indicator of a really, really good team.

What I'd be complaining about is that the committee obviously tightened the rims before the game. Everything's against us.
These rims are in Murray's head, he needs another shoot around to get straightened out. No threes by either team, doesn't matter we still cover by whatever amount we will be favored by against Indiana.
I'm very pleased to see that we can hang on with our defense. Not worried about the #1 Kenpom offense in the country going forward.
Every team has a bad game or a game where they don't play well in the tournament, the key is you have to win that game. It worries me when Ulis and Murray are cold but the defense is playing pretty good and Skal and Hawkins and Briscoe are taking up the slack. It's better to have this type of game now rather than later, if we win of course.

I honestly thought we'd be up around 5 at halftime in this one. Just thought it might take a half to get going. Our defense is just phenomenal. They have basically given up with 12 minutes to go. That's impressive. Offense is back! When we share the ball good things happen!
