State's like WV who are reliant on severance tax from the shale industry are going to suffer. Our State budget is already teetering on the razors edge. This could be a huge blow. That's without getting into the expected healthcare and human costs of an aging unhealthy population dying at a 3% clip.

I'm not all conspiracy theorist like Raven....but China is really going to come out farther ahead from this. The Western economies are screwed for the near future.

Gas prices hurt wv. We have some mobey ib the rainy day fund so hopefully that will cover the losses.
