I just got word out of Tupelo that the TV station there is gearing up for a "Large Press Conference" later this week. There is no proof of this, or that it is even MSU related, but the person I talked to said "On good authority" that it was MSU Head Coach - Related. IF true, why would the PC be in Tupelo?
This "Source" has never had any information that I would consider to be "Inside" or reliable, and so I only post this to add to the speculation.
Also, my usual Meridian source has no information regarding this process. The BC Foundation members and University Foundation members have had no contact w/ Byrne since the early morning call he (Byrne) made to let them know Croom was out. This fact leads me to believe that any and ALL "inside sources" posted on here are complete Bullshat.
With that statement in mind, I'm skeptical of whatever this Tupelo Press Conference is about, and only post it to add to the fray...
