Its all about how far we have come since those days and it really does bring it into perspective. The La Tech game in Ruston in 2008 was 100x more irritating than that game last night.

we played poor football saturday

And we won by 18. The game went exactly as I thought it would. SoMiss is improved and it was the best atmosphere that stadium has seen in a while. They were going to be ready and TM had an excellent gameplan. Had we not fumbled at the GL early, it may have been a different story.

We scored 34 points and only had the ball for 22 minutes. Our QB wasnt sharp and our best WR was ineffective for 3 quarters. I'm not worried about Dak and Bear...we know what they can do. Anyone pretending to have a read on our football team after that game is reaching. I am concerned about our LT/RT, defensive depth, and our secondary until we get confirmation on Taveze. They are the same concerns I had prior to the season beginning. My concerns will be answered Saturday night and @ Aub. The game at USM told me very little.
