All we had to do was run the football and we win 2 or 3 more games.
I haven't given up on him but 2019 will be make or break on Coach Joe IMO. No excuses, just victories.

All of these coaches have their playbooks and have to have certain types of players to run these playbooks. It is pretty obvious with his activity in the transfer portal that he did not have there types of players on the roster last year

Sorry bud, but EVERY new coach at any institution, whether he does it or not, WANTS to run HIS system, not the previous coach's system. And he has every right to do so. Call it stubborn if you will, but with Moorhead, it was clearly going to be different. And even so, he changed the offense for the Auburn game, and that's probably why some folks are pissed. He went back to what he wanted to do the rest of the way, until the Egg bowl, when he knew the Landsharks were pitiful defensively.

Yes when your coach changes systems and tries to run the RPO with the wrong personnel. We should have ran something similar to what Dan did in 2017 and we win 2 more regular season games and the Bowl game. Square Peg Round Hole. Joe didn't adapt to his personnel. Dan did same thing with Tyler Russell with similar results. Let's see what 2019 looks like now that Joe has his QB. Will the offense be better, will Hill get the carries he needs and deserves?

Then 2017 was a failure too. Moorhead won 8 games against the 6th toughest schedule in the country. Mullen in 2017 won the same number of games, with the same team and same THREE FIRST ROUND PICKS!!1!11!!!! against an easier schedule (#22 SOS).
