We moved the ball up and down the field all day long. Two reasons we lost. First three trips inside the red zone resulted in three total points. And of course the penalty on the punt. Us moving the ball as well as we did against LSU today does give me some hope. We just have to be able to finish drives and cut out the stupid mistakes, turnovers and penalties.

…. we just have to stop sucking? That’s a tall order with this staff…

I wish I could believe we’d turn it around, but we have have been whipped by terrible teams 3 out of 4 weeks. We got lucky to win one, SEC refs sealed one loss and got what we deserved today.

Teams take on the personality of their coaches. We are playing like a bunch of losers, so do the math there.

Y’all have been the better team the last two weeks, and lost. I don’t know if it’s an aberration or due to Leach and staff not having the details ironed out. As an outsider, I see a lot of things that should give you a lot of optimism:
- consistently moving the ball
- WRs open that aren’t being thrown to
- an elite DC and defensive scheme

and a lot of things that would concern me, as well:
- seeming lack of urgency for most of game
- dumb penalties and mistakes
- a QB that doesn’t seem to be progressing much
- some concerns that if recruiting doesn’t pick up this will be the 2 most talented D’s that Leach/Arnett have

I don’t know what’s right. Likely some of both. I know this, though. Y’all are going to beat somebody’s *** and ruin their season. Either A&M, Alabama or Ole Miss. I’d about guarantee that.
