Let’s be honest folks. If Rhule gets 5-7 guys that can play and end up sticking with the program, that’s bonus.

I could barely care less about this years high school class. Get some raw athletes and maybe some of them stick. Next year’s recruiting class is an entirely different story.

Portal is where it has to happen this year.

It is hard to overcome long standing relationships with HS recruits this late in the game. With the portal guys, we are on more even ground.

But it does look like we could still land some good recruits in this transition class.

I think we need those linemen to develop. It appears we have some good prospects there. It’s very important to get those guys every year.
