I would think majority of college football fans see the problem and know it's going to take congress to fix it. The NCAA, the conference and the teams are unable to do it. If he wants to ***** about congress and taking it up, he should be bitching that Congress only works eight months a year.

I don't think it's too outlandish to believe that a multibillion dollar industry would lobby (pay) politicians to protect their investment(s).
