Too much doom and gloom, IMHO. The silver lining is that we looked pretty awful for half the game and still managed to win a game against a decent opponent (I'm putting money that La Tech will win at least 7 games). I don't care who you're playing - erasing a 20 point deficit in the 4th quarter is nothing to dismiss. It showed some poise and fight, at least.

It was Week One. If we get destroyed by NC State next Sat, maybe I'll move the needle more towards panic, but right now.... 1-0 is OK by me.

We'll see. Sure, they beat S Florida 45-0 but S Florida is projected to be the worst team in the AAC. It will be a test, for sure, and they will be favored (and probably ranked), but I'm not conceding a blowout just yet.

Exactly. I made that threat when we went down by 20, but then they got me back on the band wagon in the 4th quarter. For now. Btw, usually I dvr all of our games but for some reason I forgot to do that for this game. How did we score the first comeback td in the fourth quarter? I was sitting in front of the tv but I guess my depression at the moment had me distracted and I missed it.
