Never, ever get your hopes up when Greg Norman kicks *** in the first 3 rounds of a major. He's probably my favorite golfer of all time (not that I'm a huge golf fan), but damn if he won't frustrate the hell out of you.

You kidding me?? Corey Pavin has the U.S. Open in his pocket and several Ryder Cup victories. Norman is a complete waste of talent. And an ******* at that.

put up a damn 65 today and is one back of the shark. Yeah, pat, that is what i was getting at. I would love for norman to be in the final pairing...one because i would like to see him win and the other because if he doesnt he will make for great entertainment as he blows up.

It didn't make it into the broadcast for the 2002 British Open but I was standing near the green at 18 at Muirfield when this 5 iron comes flying down the middle of the fairway. Pavin had hit a ball into the fairway bunker and on his attempt to get out he hit it into the lip and completely buried the ball and had to take a drop out of the bunker because it was unplayable. That dude threw the club at least 75 yards. The crowd cheered like crazy. Then when he walked up on 18 I yelled "nice throw" and he started laughing. Good times.

the SEC boy? He looks a lot like Big Ern. If you are wanting to call someone funny, you need to start with Rocco.</p>

he has only made one cut out of 11 tournaments this year and has been terrible for the last half decade. would be interesting to see him make a comeback since he was the world's #1 prior to the reign of Tiger.
