I think there were rumors that, despite redshirt, he was the best big man in practice by the end of the year. I also think his recruitment was a lot higher level before his junior year of HS knee injury... always love smart, passing big men... they can make an offense so much betterI know it’s not much to go off but I like how fluid Myles Johnson looked in that clip
Confidence builds during the offseason.
Very impressive clip.
Johnson taking some hits. I am starting to like this team without Sanders. Sanders has a spot in Rutgers history, but throughout those years, focus was all on him.
It is good to see it distributed so every feels a strong fraction of the mission....March.
You can almost tell from the short clip that Thiam knows exactly what he needs to work on....driving to the basket. He was moving with a purpose.

To be clear I am not excited for next season. We are going to stink. We have a chance in two years at post season play. Geo duke and kiss as seniors. Johnson, Mathis, Harper as juniors and this assumes a great 19 class. Multiple top 150 players.I'm glad that 45 second clip has everyone excited.

The off season is at full throttle. Clips of practice, and everyone starts to see the improvement that is inevitably coming . . . Someone should email this clip to the BTN writer, who will immediately upgrade his projection.
How about he study both?I disagree, he needs to study his own game film to see how many scoring opportunities he missed by not driving or taking open shots.
I was hoping Kiss would be our Duncan Robinson.Issa needs to work on his perimeter game. The few times he drove to the basket this year was pump faking open 3 point shots. Issa needs to be our Duncan Robinson that plays better D. No doubt he needs to be a threat to put the ball on the floor, but we need him to be thinking catch and shoot...and not just at the 3 point line. Issa isn't a slasher.
Also wouldn't mind him being a threat on the low blocks. Punish teams who want to guard Issa with a 6'3'' guard PLUS Issa is a willing passer and that can get great looks feeding from the low post.
How about he study both?
And then we had the same record and finished last again. This is a new one... guys being critical because we like seeing videos of the players working hard in the off season and got a quick peek at what they are working on with the assistant coach for guards.
All these off season videos are put out to keep the fan base excited about the future of the players and the program. The last one showed them working hard in the weight room.
I remember the "45 seconds" videos from last year and could tell that Eugene was improving and that Baker looked good moving on the court and making shoots...so those videos provided some clues.
You can certainly learn by watching how Durant plays. That is not the same as saying you will become Durant.sure, he can spend time doing that, watching Durant highlights.
