I've been wrong on how nearly all State's and other's postseason games would play out this year. Normally have a decent feel.

That being said 8-6 horns.

Haven't seen a complete view of the stadium, but it looks like pretty much a full house.

That’s a pretty dominate 1st inning. There’s not really an adjustment to hit 97 up and in with a wipeout slider away.

Sure there is. Eliminate the slider and hunt fastball. When you take fastballs for strikes or foul them off, that's when you make yourself susceptible to the slider. Make him throw strikes and hunt fastball strikes early in the count.

He's getting ahead with his fastball. See Hancock's at bat as a great example. Hancock takes two center-center fastballs for strikes and then jams himself on a weak grounder to second. And as I type this, Kellum Clark swings at a first pitch slider in the dirt. Our offensive approach sucks balls so far.

That might be the best 3 innings of a start we’ve seen this year from an opposing pitcher.

Very good at bat by kam. He spit on two sliders and ended up drawing a walk. That's the recipe for getting to this guy.

I just did an SPS search on the word effeminates. I just think it's a weird word and I feel like I have only ever seen it used on SPS. 7 results. All posted by you. I'm guessing if I did the same with the word beta, you would show up 90% of the time. What's your fascination with the masculinity of others?

As he should...but even the announcer is calling slider in the dirt coming up. So he knows the pattern. Lay off it.
