is that the Suns are very interested in and like, like Julius Randle...

and, and the best part is... I guess they passed him a note, and then he checked the box "I like, like you 2" and then he sent the note back.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t he a free agent? Why would you want to go there? No offense they suck. I'll be glad when booker leaves there.

yes he is
New coach (that supposedly ever NBA player wants to marry)
Sarver is stepping back in interfering, but supposedly stepping up in the $$ area for talent
bringing JR in for more offense (get rid of Jackson)
AZ is great place to live
Booker is locked in...

Having said all that...I dropped my season tix when they drafted Jackson. and I haven't been to a game since. and Booker should request trade if they don't make huge progress the next two years.

aside...my son and I got to meet Booker two years ago and have our pictures with him...really cool dude, very nice and humble

They have money to spend

Booker and Ayton are a good nucleus to build around. Bring in Randle and draft Morant and you’re onto something. Few specialists, shooters, defenders, etc and they could make some noise.

Ok gotcha. They better spend wisely. Booker won’t be cheap and you have ayton who will eventually want paid as long as he doesn’t flake out of the nba before that
I wish they would trade Ayton now...while his value is high
Need some quality vets, to turn team around...imo

I just saw where Jon Hood was ranked a smidgen higher than Kawhi Leonard . is that an actual fact? If so, then who the F*K was high making that determination ?

I think Monty Williams will bring some credibility to the franchise. They should get a solid player at #6. If they could get a free agent or two, combined with their young talent, they should be at least competitive..

I would think he’d have several teams interested in him.

I’ve said for a while that Zion is basically a more athletic Randle, I don’t see him putting up much better numbers than Julius.

Add Randle and a good pg thru FA or trade and we’ve got a good team
i feel exactly the same...also Zion will have injury problems

According to the current CBA agreement then a team can't draft two players and give them both max deals.

I just can't agree with that as much as I'd love to. What I saw with Randle vs Zion....not even close. Zion would absolutely obliterate Randle pretty much in every aspect of the game.

Randle averaged 21 and 8 last year, you think Zion is going to do a whole lot better?

So Booker and Ayton both can’t get a max deal from Phoenix because they drafted both? One will have to go elsewhere to get a max deal? That seems backwards to me. You’d think they would reward teams that drafted well.

I’ve actually said that same thing since the beginning of last season.

I’m STILL not convinced he’s as good as Randle. He’s essentially a Randle with higher leaping ability.

Wake me up when Zion is better than Julius in the NBA.

I know people are looking past the fact that Randle carried his team to the title game and Zion failed before the final four, but you won’t be able to for long. It’s all going to come out.

Just read sn article where the suns and bulls have offered their lottery picks (6&7 respectively) to the lakers for Ball. With the Lakers having the 4, looks like three way trade material for Anthony Davis.

As long as Morant is what we think he is that is a perfect nucleus to build around. Get a couple solid Vetrans like a Marc Gasol, good bench scorer like Jamal Crawford, some shooting like Korver and that’s a team that could make a ton of noise the next five years.

Yeah, then you just need to draft scam reddish and call it a day lol
Damn I jealous I never thought of that nickname for Reddish as that is what he is . A scam . Anyone that drafts him as a lotto pick is playing themselves. He can do 1 thing - shoot 3's . While there are plenty of SFs in the draft , like Johnson , who can do a variety of things and still shoot in the high 30's from 3 as well.

I have a feeling Reddish will look good in the NBA and it wouldn’t shock me if he ends up better than Zion and RJ. He can create his own shot . His game suffered the most by going to Duke

Offensively I can see the Julius Randle comparisons for Zion.

Defensively people expect Zion to be much better though .
