Can we change the rules and the only install them on one side of the court
I posted this in the game thread the other day. It is not the rims but that according to one of the analysts...they care adjusted tighter vs. The college hoops which are more flexible for pulling down on dunks.

Some are more forgiving than others?
Is it how they are constructed, or can they be adjusted?
