Right now with all the mistakes and Adrian's horrible passing they actually could lose every remaining game.
Historic if that happened. Nebraska has never had a winless season. Never.
I'm thinking beat PSU and Illinois and lose the rest.
What ever the results, after the raw emotions have simmered, people will surely find enough for the demagoguery to continue
We'll beat PSU, ILL and MN. Looks like PSU might be shutting it down for the year. ??????? in that final East matchup game.
Players do. Frost keeps play calling the way he does though then no. Why should Wandale care if he's not touching the rock?
IMO you can't crank up the passing game if Adrian can't execute the passing game. And until you have a credible passing attack, the defenses can load up against the run.
I only see 1 win. Illinois. And Frost is more than capable of losing that game. He and Lovie are easily the two worst head coaches in the Big Ten.
Iowa will beat this team by 10+ as it stands. All they have to do is wait for Frost to self destruct
That’s honestly why we have won the last 2 years. We just wait for the right time.
I don’t know where the confidence that we will beat Penn State is coming from? They have better athletes than us and we keep finding ways to lose. I think they beat us by at least 17 points. Not sure we can even beat Illinois. This team has no leadership or discipline. I think we will probably lose all the games. Sorry to sound like a Debbie Downer but reality bites.
Just please find a way to win ONE GAME, and let that game be Iowa. That's all that matters now (not because it's a rivalry, just cause their fans on here are jerks quite often).
I do think the most potent parts of the offense are being under utilized. Frost needs to open it up.
Because we are a delusional fan base. We can still pick out poor programs, but many have not figured out we are worse than those crappy teams.
Maybe the boys can beat Illinois? It is at home. Definitely their best chance for a win. Pathetic Isn’t it?
First and four most SF needs to make the change now at QB. I want to see McCaffery start from the get go..

With this Covid season there won’t be enough bowl games played this year except for the New Year’s 6 and the playoffs and a few of the others so finishing 4-4 or 3-5 Nebraska won’t be bowling one way or they other..

I’ll say two wins. I think NW this year is probably better than their average team, and their average team isn’t bad.

Based on what I’ve seen with the horrendous play calling, not sure we win any game.
SF does need to fix himself can’t argue that fact with some head scratching play calls... Never understand on 3-8 or 3-10 and call a out for 4 or 5 yards..
The flee flicker was a play call at the wrong time during the game could have at least waited till we reached near midfiel to call that..
I hear ya and at the beginning of the season I guess I was a bit delusional too. I figured we were at least better than Maryland, Rutgers, and Illinois. No...we are DEAD LAST as the worst program in the BIG-10!
What baffles me though is we do actually have talent and want to. I’ve never seen a program that implodes on itself during games the way we do. The majority of the times we are playing teams with the same level talent level but they play harder, smarter, and don’t make more mistakes than we do. That is coaching.
And this has been happening since the Colorado loss in 2001. Actually I will go back farther. It was when TO left. 1998 is when it began to unravel but we still had a lot of difference makers in talent and coaching within the program to sustain it to be super competitive for a few more years.
