I was out there at the U of C campus a few years back, it as you say Kendall a beautiful campus. Probably one of the nicest campus I have ever seen. But Berkeley is kind of a dump.

It’s one of the only three or four places in the world where you can step down the stairs of your two million dollar condo and your foot will land in human feces or needles. It’s a truly disgusting place. Parts of upscale Paris getting that way too.
