Hmmm, like you did the last 8 years?? When WVU was winning 7,8, 10 games a season?

At least I have a legitimate reason to do so--a coach that has an actual undisciplined, poorly coached Mountaineer squad that ACTUALLY isn't successfully rather than the concocted b.s. you rambled on and on about.

A reasonable person is patent when there is a coaching change. A 2 to 3 year transition period is expected. But the major flaw in the OP's thinking is that if you our understanding of the transition period you must have been anti-Dana. It just isn't true.

Actually people talking mostly made up vitriolic cr@p about Holgorsen since before he took the job continuing 24/7 365 even when he had 10 win seasons for WVU, or competed for the conference until the end, gave me
The impression people were anti Holgorsen.

Now, laughingly, these same people want " patience" for a coach that has dropped the bottom out for WVU two straight weeks with no reason for hope of an improved season, or even seasons moving forward.

Interesting how you left out the 10 win season in 2011 with historic crushing of Clemson, and forgot to mention WVU had a reduced roster for three years or so due to the former coach prior to Holgorsen, or that WVU joined the toughest conference in 2012 and had to completely redo its roster. Or that WVU has only had a small number of 10 win or better seasons in its history.

That, and that these records may soon look stellar in comparison to what is underway.

Every thing you wrote is and/or may turn out to be true.

However, the people who want/wanted change at the top are basing their reasoning on over 100 games as a sample size. Right or wrong, their reasoning isn't.

Where you are wrong is that you are basing your judgement on a sample size of 2 games. If after 100 or so games Brown's resume isn't better than Dana's, THEN when folks are as "vitriolic" in their views to get rid of Brown as they were Dana, you have an argument.

Right now, you don't.

Go back and look at that 2013 season. That season was a disaster for many of the reasons this season is going to be. It was understood by everyone - that's the reason he wasn't fired by Luck then. He told us to be patient.

Same has to apply to you - be patient.

Really sad about Alston!!

We knew this was going to be unpredictable year with a lot of losses from last year and to be honest I thought we would perform better than we did Saturday. I do think we have the right coach. Sucks to be patient but that’s exactly what we are gonna have to do....

Look, Buck could turn out to be right. Then, he'd have the right to rub it in our faces. But right now, after only 2 games, he's coming across as more childish than anything.

He's still pissed about being clueless in basketball season picking WVU as a final 4 team when he posted as the 304 clown.
