I really like Grady, but he struggles on defense and burns up so much energy chasing people that he stands around on offense.

Too many defensive lapses - put your body on those guys

Our players only get to play a system for 1 year before they bounce... we usually vs programs with 3-4 year players. Sometimes it's hard to constantly play D against that!

No excuse though this is Cal program

Have you ever wondered how other coaches have their team ready to play day one and Cal takes till March to get it done?

How many times are we going to play mid majors who look like they have better players

Midmajors, at this point in the season, have years of experience playing with one another.

Basically every player have very limited experience playing with one another on our team at this point. It's why they always start rounding out around SEC time. They're finally used to playing together.
