Not watching but it sounds like we are beating them with high energy on defense and rebounding. That should continue with rested players in the 2nd half.

Just when we thought we were going to be very good we lose to a 2-4 team that wasn't very good. Did we take them lightly? A very bad loss.

Rutgers can't win when Tyler goes 6-15 ... and doesn't deliver several times in the last minutes ... as is her usual habit. (She seemed out of sorts the whole game.)

Like the UMass early game loss of a few years ago, this one could wind up being a dance killer. But, let's hope not.

The 3 point shooting was poor and Scaife only took 1 three pointer.She was on the bench for most of the third quarter and it wasn't because of fouls.

Yes it was a bad loss. But we are a different and much better team than last year. Again the criticism comes without any credit for the four wins against some opponents who had tournament resumes last year. Or the game against #2 South Carolina. No credit for the 70+ point per game average. Washington State shot 10-19 from 3 even while defended. The charge call against Tyler at the end was bogus. But officiating wasn’t the reason we lost.

CVS pushed the envelope a little on this one, extending some players to minutes they weren’t prepared to play in the 2nd half. Tyler still isn’t totally, recovered and plays in short spurts. CVS will use this game and the So Carolina game as teaching moments. This group has been together for just 6 games and is still learning how to play together. Might be nice to hear from some of you after a win.

Disappointing loss but not totally unexpected, unfortunately you'd hope the team can avoid a game like this (3rd game of a tourney where we already gave all we had to hang with defending champs, then had to survive on tired legs yesterday morning), but could see this as a trap game from a mile away. Confidence in Cviv though, she will know what to do and maybe she went a little far with stretching the bench in this one. Need to get home, get some rest, and beat NC State on Thursday and I'll still feel really good about this team.

Both teams played 3 straight games...just stop that's the easily one of the lames excuses EVER my friend lol...BAD loss to a lousy team and blowing a 14-point lead...BUT off to a very good start thus far in 2017 so let's hope they pick it up again!
