UCLA rush defense is 13th in the country, and we haven't been able to run since Felter went out.
Their pass defense sucks, but so does our pass offense. If the OC had any clue how to use Miller, Duff or Dremel, my opinion might be different.
They have a pass rush and we don't.

i know i slipped but an experiement, the last couple of prediction threads actually didnt get that many predictions...is this board dying
they have not scored over 17 this season so
IDK about dying. The Yankees and Mets threads are active. I know last weekend was Yom Kippur, but I was very surprised at the small crowd size for a good opponent that we were favored to beat. RU fans do tend to be fickle and head for the "exits" (literally and online) early at the first signs of trouble. Hoping last week was just a WTF loss, but this will be a good yardstick.

This team is a shell of it's former self, do to injuries and I don't know WTF is going on but it's a soft team. They're not physical and get pushed around easily.

Both teams are trending in opposite directions. Either both trends continue or they change. Despite the injuries, I hope the seniors that play change the trends.

If RU played UCLA’s schedule, they would be 2-4 at best and maybe 1-5. Minn was outplayed by UCLA for about 53 minutes last week. They played PSU pretty tough. RU is not going to be able to run on them without some creativity and efficient passing. UCLA has been stout against the run all year. RU needs some of those defenders back and have to win this one, otherwise it’s going to be a difficult several weeks upcoming. I’m hoping their experience and leadership prevails:
