No doubt it will get tossed...BUT...it will happen AFTER the election.
These corrupt dems knew it would get tossed....but...they tied him up in court and packed the jury to get a sham indictment.

Will it really? I’m not soo sure I agree. moetard and his band of freaks were voting Biden regardless. And I think swing voters are watching this obvious political weaponization of the court system and thinking this is corruption. Just my opinion and maybe I’m wrong, but I think they are only adding Trump voters.
The dems will push hard to get the next sham trials started ASAP...AND...the Biden DOJ will step in to get them started.
You’re definitely right, they will have him in court around the country until November. He’ll probably be in court the week of election and the night before Election Day. The majority of Americans see through this nonsense. I’m more concerned about the cheating

You are going to hear nonstop how important it is to “clear the decks” for Trump over the next several months.
The drumbeat is getting louder & w/out any real legislating to do, it is the #1 priority of the leadership class.
The DC cartel wants to finalize an entire spending cycle just before Trump re-enters office with a massive omnibus right after the election.
They will also include all manner of poison pills to the new admin to block his agenda.
The cavalry must be given the time to arrive.
This will be a central fight over the next few months and at every turn, just remember: clear the decks means screw Trump.

I’m pleased with the trial so far. Of course it’ll just take 1 juror to stray, but a conviction looks promising.
