Just to change things up a little bit, do tell of all the great things the potential socialist, presidential candidates plan to do for our country and its CITIZENS.

I mean...We got it. You despise Trump and you spend every waking moment (along with the "unbiased media") trying to find dirt on Trump. Please expand on the wonderful things the left has in store for us.

Fair question. Right now, I am not seeing a dem that I like other than Mayor Pete and I don't think America will elect him. But let's be honest. Trump's lies are becoming stupid now to the point where you must wonder if he is of sound mind. I never thought Trump was very smart. Now I am pretty sure he is suffering from some form of mental illness. When the White House is calling out his lies and contradicting him regularly, you got to wonder.......

Buuuuuuut...my question wasn't answered. I didn't ask who anyone liked, but that's how you answered along with another rant about Trump. What, specifically, are the presidential CONTENDERS promising to do for America and its citizens?

That would be delicious. Pretty obvious his topside is about 44% (all poll avg) and bottom around 38% and I don’t see that changing. Whole ballgame is the popularity of his oppononent.

Here is what I like
universal health care is the primary thing I like. I have a Cadillac plan too and am willing to move away from that.
protection of Social Security.
realistic gun control (I am a gun owner)

Here is what disturbs me
Reparations
Complete elimination of educational debt
free college (although the costs must be contained)

Here is what I want to see
path forward for illegals already here and contributing
investment in infrastructure
10% surcharge or tax on incomes over $1 million annually
Raising of the social security caps to $1 million
a new Short term capital gains tax to encourage real investment
Surcharges on corporate stock buybacks

Yes but you have to balance that with the fact that we will have a republican senate. They won't pass that nonsense.

Plus I don't care who wins from the dem side other than Warren, they can't be a worse president than we have today. The lying on a national stage is ridiculous and his lack of intelligence is freaking frightening

Democratic socialists ultimately want to go beyond social democratic reforms and advocate systemic transformation of the economy from capitalism to socialism. Democratic socialism is defined as having a socialist economy in which the means of production are socially and collectively owned or controlled, alongside a democratic political system of government.

Just what we need...Government control...o_O
