They still don't accept Trump's election. No way he beat Hillary fair and square... 10 months later & they still don't accept that, there had to be another reason (s) why she lost... FBI Director Comey, the Laptop, Wiki-Leaks...Russians!
The media polls were correct, they all believed them so they had to be right. Hillary was a shoe in. They still tout to this day how those polls were within their "margin of error" and Hillary actually won the popular vote...so Trump must have cheated somehow, someway. They still have not accepted Hillary's defeat so they have to cling to some other reason for her loss...it doesn't make sense to them without some other excuse even 10 months later!
But how can that be, how could she lose to Trump? He's stupid, a boorish misogynist, a selfish Orange colored carnival barking clown, a Racist, an egotist, an idiot, a Liar. No way he had what it takes to defeat the most qualified, most experienced, most intelligent, most trustworthy, most deserving person in history to sit in that Oval Office. It's impossible.
Enter Russians, who up until November 9th, 2016 were laughed at. Obama himself assured us there was no way they could flip the election away from Hillary...Trump was just blowing smoke Obama assured us. Then she lost, and all of a sudden the Russians became viable vote snatchers. So this is why they cannot ever let it go (collusion charges) It simply has to be collusion that helped Trump win because there is no other way he could beat Hillary according to the Left.
If you want to see how hard they will hang onto that meme, look how long they've refused to accept her defeat? They still don't accept it 10 months later, & you think they're going to just drop the collusion excuse for her defeat that quickly once all of the investigations clear Trump and maybe pin all of the Russian "collusion" on her? It's a matter of their personal psyches remaining intact that the collusion excuse lives on...otherwise they have to face the cold hard reality Hillary just lost because she was wrong on the issues and rejected because she wasn't a very good candidate. The Left will never admit that.
