The Left has a Religion too

While most if not all of them hate the idea of "organized Religion" particularly and especially if it honors a single omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent Creator...but they do have a "Religion" and they worship at the altar of their Faith. Know what it is?

Everybody has a religious belief system. Many unknowingly invent theirs by picking and choosing what they want to believe based on life experiences and opinions - something like a religious cocktail of beliefs. Even atheists' have their own religious belief system by making themselves out to be gods. Others accept that they don't have it in their capacity to know what is the right thing to believe so they turn to their Creator to tell them what to believe.

I think folks believe what they want. Seems they're always searching for Truth, but never recognizing the overwhelming evidence pointing to what clearly is True and provable. Everything or anything else substitutes.

The Bible describes as it always searching for Truth, but never coming to the full awareness of what it is and always has been.

(2Timothy 3:7: always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth.)

A race based question.
Most blacks I run with they very much believe in God, going to church and can quote the Bible, most are Democrats. Question is how can they claim both ? I get old school Democrats as they are way different than this new breed . How can a preacher support modern day Democrats and what they push for ? As a person who don't care about gays and marriage nor do I care about transgender people ( I believe they have a mental issue) I'm not for laws stopping people from being gay or transgender but Democrats trying to make it normal is a problem
