I knew the kid was talented, but never expected him to produce so quickly.
Exactly what i have been thinking. I expected him to get spot minutes maybe average around 10 to 12 minutes a game and around 6 points his rookie season. Eventually I saw him as a consistent role player of 20 to 25 minutes and 12 to 14 points a game but i thought he was at least 3 to 4 years away from that.

He proved me wrong, and im so glad he did. He's been proving people wrong since high school.... hell probably his whole life. Great kid, unrelenting work ethic, and speaks glowingly of his time at UK. He's the perfect model for lots of kids out there that don't have all the elite physical abilities. Come in, bust your ***, trust the process, and go make millions for years and years to come.

I cant imagine a kid more perfect suited for what Cal looks for. Keep doing you buckets, ill be pulling hard for ya.

He's about as physically gifted as he could possibly be. Sure he may jump 4/5" lower than some guys but who really cares about that at the 2g spot

They said the same about Bam...wingspan, vertical, etc. Both have a relentless work ethic and desire to improve.

Bam is in line for a MONSTER contract and Herro will be there in a couple of more years. Both are great examples of Cal's coaching and setting the tone for NBA success!
