You need to see the trophy up close once before you can comment on how it looks.
Why should we have different rules for commenting on trophies then we do for everything else?

but I'd like to give the game trophy thing up. it's a original big ten thing, we didn't pass round trophies for beating cu, iowa state or oklahoma.

You know, you're right. I don't remember so many trophies in the Big 8/12. Win or not, the only trophy was the conference trophy. There are a lot of participation type trophies in this conference.
Some of the trophies the Big Ten have that date back a 100 years and have stories behind them are pretty cool imo. But these nonsensical things made up by marketing teams like The Freedom Trophy and whatever the Iowa-Neb trophy is called are dumb.
Two team trophies are stupid. "Oh and look here son, there's the trophy for beating Purdue last year, that's my favorite!" Right in there with participation trophies.
I don’t know about you but I’d kill to have the Iowa trophy case right now.
They currently hold some. Sigh
We really should get one to put that Heroes trophy in. It's gathering a lot of dust.
