Beating average teams like Iowa is a step we need to take to get back to being good. That’s all it is.

For me, at the end of the day who cares? He's a Hawkeye and whether most of us want to admit it or not, they are the closest thing we have to a rival at this point. The hatred is there on both sides and we would probably love it if our kicker said the same thing after having it happen two years in a row. I think it is good for CFB to have stuff like this. Just adds fuel to the games. That was the thing I used to love about the Colorado game. So much **** talking all year between the players, fans, etc... Made the games fun and the hype leading up awesome.

I’m hearing reports that KKKirk is pissed that the season is back on. Apparently he had already scheduled a bunch of Klan rally’s and cross burnings for the upcoming weekends.

Iowa being obsessed with Nebraska helps them win football games? OK. They did lose games to both Purdue and NW, so the obsession must not have helped there.

We are talking a large amount of bovine scatology and never seem to back it up. Until we field a team and coaches to back up the bravado. Best to just can that cheap talk & get it done on the field and shut up ‘til we get a win
