Most of the guys already have nicknames, for example siah is boogie, Jamal is lion heart, so on and so forth

It's been said before, and it bares repeating here in this thread....you can't force nicknames on players or teams. Nicknames just happen! They evolve naturally over time. They slowly catch on. Let's please end the practice of putting our heads together and trying to come up with nicknames.
