Import free loaders. Look at this ****:
The most cited recent source is a December 2025 report from the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), which analyzed 10 years of American Community Survey data (2014–2023). Key figures include:

• About 81% of Somali-headed households in Minnesota receive some form of welfare (e.g., cash assistance, food stamps/SNAP, or Medicaid).

• 89% of Somali households with children receive at least one form of these benefits.

• Breakdown: 54% get food stamps (SNAP), 73% have at least one member on Medicaid, and 27% receive cash welfare.

• For comparison: Only about 21% of native-born Minnesota households use any of these programs.

You should perhaps have consulted our friend Google before composing the above sentences. Viz.:

Q: Does the IRS collect withholding tax from illegal aliens?

A: Yes, the IRS collects withholding tax from illegal immigrants (undocumented immigrants) as U.S. tax law requires them to pay federal, state, and local taxes on income earned in the United States, regardless of their immigration status.

Key points regarding the collection of these taxes:
  • Mandatory Withholding: Employers who hire undocumented immigrants are legally required to withhold federal income tax, Social Security, and Medicare payroll taxes, just as they do for any other employee. This applies even though hiring unauthorized workers is a violation of immigration law.
  • Payment Mechanism: Undocumented workers who are employed in "above-the-table" jobs often have these taxes automatically withheld from their paychecks.
  • ITIN Use: Undocumented immigrants can use an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), which the IRS issues to individuals ineligible for a Social Security number, to file income tax returns and report their income.
  • Significant Contributions: Studies show that undocumented immigrants pay billions of dollars annually in federal income and payroll taxes. In 2022 alone, they paid an estimated $59.4 billion in federal taxes, including $25.7 billion in Social Security taxes and $6.4 billion in Medicare taxes, programs from which they are generally ineligible to receive benefits.
  • Tax Residency: For tax purposes, many undocumented immigrants meet the "substantial presence test" and are treated as U.S. residents for tax purposes, meaning they are subject to U.S. tax on their worldwide income, similar to U.S. citizens.
damn, we need more undocumented migrants....maybe the thing we've been looking for to reduce the debt

What about his penultimate sentence? It suggests that "illegals" (i.e., all "illegals") are not paying anything but sales tax. Which is the typical kind of brush with which MAGA folks paint.
yea, you're right, but I don't think everything is an absolute. As I posted it's reasonable to assume some undocumented pay taxes and some don't.

So what would you have these employers do? Jettison all of the illegals and hire only U.S. citizens to pick those fruits and vegetables? Can you conceive the kind of wages they would have to offer to get citizens out in the sun all day, bending over to pick weeds, tend crops and pick the end product when it is ready to harvest? The work is physically taxing, to say the least. Prices for fruits and vegetables would skyrocket.
oh it's the fruits and vegetable argument....you know there is an h2a visa for seasonal labor. If we need more than just increase the number of visas
