I recall his character from that movie, the shooter. I didn’t think I knew any of his other roles until I searched IMDB and saw that he was in The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada. That was a great movie and I loved his character as Old Man with Radio.

A brilliant actor in many supporting roles. I first really viewed his work in The Right Stuff where he portrayed the subordinate to Chuck Yeager and always had a stick of gum ready before an historic event.
