Hope he doesn't make the same mistake this time.
the man doesn’t learn. He’s stubborn. He will absolutely make a similar error. He will ride his incoming class to the end of his career. We can only hope it works out.

Dude I just keep thinking about if we had gotten those guys- imagine this team actually

Kendric Davis
Cason Wallace
Baylor Schiermann
Jacob Toppin
Oscar

Antonio Reeves (SEC 6th man of the year just like this year)
Chris Livingston
Sahvir Wheeler (80-10 MPG)
Ware
Collins
etc, etc.

Tell me that team does not win the national title this year.

F*#K, this is so frustrating to think about, and we were SO CLOSE to being able to have it.
When I write Cal’s biography at UK it’s going to be

Cal’s Kentucky: One and Done

I'll admit I got sucked into the Thiero hype in the summer and fall thinking he might be a real piece for us this year.

Got totally fooled on that one.

He'll probably still end up being good, but not what we needed this year, that's for sure.
You guys keep evaluating UK talent based on what Cal does with it. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!! How many more players must you see regress from where they were prior to being screwed up by Cal before you realize that it is more about Cal than the players. We have talent, but we have Cal too and unfortunately that combination leaves us with a huge production deficit that isn't going to improve as long as Cal is here.
