He all ready is (committed). We have 5 committed (including Askew), so Dave is saying by the end or early signing we will sign 1 more.
He did not say what class. Now if he was talking this class only, Well then, that is interesting. I go Cunningham / Brown daily double.
We haven't signed anyone yet...they've given us verbal commitments, but can't sign until the window opens on the 13th.
Askew can’t sign unless he reclassifies.
Askew won't be one of them as he is a junior as of now so he can't sign . It will be a big ( jackson?) and Cunningham .
I know there is a difference, but until basketball gets like football, when they commit i take it as solid. DJ Jeffries is the only one i can think of, and we know there was more to it than just a change of heart, nothing shady, just a little too crowded for his liking.
No he means signed I would suspect . As STL said Dave is usually pretty clear . If we sign 6 it will be the 4 we have committed in the senior class plus a big and cunningham and the only big who it could be is Jackson unless we get a surprise .
If it’s Cunningham and a big, I would bet it would be Brown.

JJ Traynor is announcing soon but doesn't have a public offer.
Isaiah Jackson will also announce in November, but that's looking like we're out.
So if we assume we're getting Cunningham, as we've been told that's a done deal, that leaves one guy who probably isn't Jackson.
It can't be Banchero for the same reason it can't be Askew.
Of the guys that we're in on, that leaves Greg Brown, Cliff Omoruyi, and Dawson Garcia (though that's gone really quiet) as uncommitted guys that have any UK interest at all.

Brown ain't signing in the fall he has been very clear with that and he isn't even visiting til what January I believe ? Its not Brown that I am confident in . Now I think if we sign Cunningham we will add Brown eventually but he isn't a fall possibility .

I firmly believe one of them will be Cunningham and the other may be Jackson.

Dawson Garcia cut UK weeks ago when we did not extend an offer.
I can pledge 5% of those posts, personally.
Also said McDaniels was coming to Kentucky and Cade would be committed last week.
Could be wrong, but didn't he also say Blackshear was coming?...
That, in addition to the other committed players, would perhaps be Cal's best fall recruiting haul.

I suspect so too . Just makes too much sense . Jackson and his Dad glow when talking about UK and Cunningham is obvious. But I might be wrong I just think the complete silence from the Jackson camp the last month is a straight out of the Cal play book . He likes signings/commitments to be impactful and draw attention. Like How Bam and Skal's just came out of no where it seemed after no one talking about them for a while .
Right, but I'm talking about all the guys that are even a remote possibility. Basically anyone uncommitted that we've recruited. It definitely isn't him.
