That guy has really embraced the sleazy gambler persona.
This is Dave Cokin. He's originally from the east coast. His bio says that he made his first bet on a professional sporting event at age six and in high school during the mid-70s, he had his first experience with bookmaking by running an attendance pool for his classmates. In the late 70s, he opened an illegal bookmaking operation which had more than ten clients. He went to Las Vegas during the 1980s and launched his sports handicapping business which saw his pedigree rise with every year that he was in operation.
