"Felker and Crxxm didn't bring much to the table."

I continue to see people reference these two, and I'm baffled why that is. Let's get a few things straight:
- Neither Felker nor Croom were qualifed to be an SEC head coach when hired. Both were over their heads and both failed miserably.
- Both were hired under a terrible administration which is no longer in place.
- MSU is the only SEC school that would have hired either one. Even Bama, Croom's alma mater, chose Shula over him.

Please do not use Felker and Croom to judge what could happen if Byrne hires a well respected, in demand coordinator.

Head coaches aren't interested, never have and it looks like none are now. As for as Felker and Crxxm, yeah they weren't qualified but we had zero interest in as for as coaches wanting the job before Felker taking it, and Crxxm was begged by LT who wasn't very qualified in searching for one either. LT didn't hire Felker, and Crxxm is the only coach LT hired as Dr Z hired JWS.
It's a damn shame that we can offer anywhere between 2 to 3 million and we can't get a named HC with experience and success!!
