Anyone know what's going on with The Club at Brookstone? Why did it go from semi-private to a public course...all I heard last couple of yrs on Mickey Plyler show was how great the new Tiff Eagle Greens are and playing there and now it's all about Cateechee Golf Course which is nice. Did Tom Winkopp blow his wad and cave on building the new clubhouse and pool...just seemed like a great location off I-85 with nice housing developments. Lastly, if you had a piece of land (lot) out there would you wait and build or will the Club and Golf Course ever materialize...just curious...any thoughts greatly appreciated...
