Cliff was awesome. Was also giving it to the student section the entire game. Really fun to watch.

It’s great when Cliff plays like this, but he needs to reign in the finger wagging and tongue. The Big Ten refs are sure to T him up for that type of behavior.

The tongue is no issue. The finger wag has been called a technical in the past, hopefully the coaches tell him not to do that again.

Obviously, his defense was great. As for offense, I was watching the game for fun not analyzing it, but it seemed to me that there was less of a focus on getting the ball to him down low with his back to the basket. One time they did, he kicked it out to Noah for an open 3. Most of his dunks seemed to come while he was facing or moving toward the basket, and he made his free throws!

This is the Cliff most of us expected this season. Hopefully he can keep it up.

Cliff's improvement in this game was Mag. I think Cliff is very close to Mag and the laters return meant a lot to Cliff. You could see Cliff's glee whenever Mag got a score or rebound.
