That’s probably one of the biggest issues right now. It’s like Pope only trusts himself, and sadly he’s not resonating with many guys being recruited. He can’t fix this alone.

Many euro and African bigs. Especially if backups but anyone sold on Moreno without improvement will be disappointed. Remember, everyone writes off players because Cal recruited no Kentucky, players but kids from Kentucky play hard for Kentucky.

Who cares if they play hard or not. Playing hard and talent are two different things. How many Kentucky kids did Calipari pass over that made a significant impact in basketball?

Fair. I feel we have a chance to be 6-7 (likely 8 though) with MM, two added pieces (a Euro 4/5 most likely and a depth 3/4) if the team gels. W/o MM and/or if we play hero ball again, might only beat USC Jr.

If Moreno stays in the draft Pope might as well just give up and start planning what he wants to do next with his life.
