Is it just me or is it hard to listen to these days? I understand ads pay the bills but my god he drags them out so long. Its more bulldog burger and top 10 rock lists than state content now. Who listens to a Mississippi state podcast for half of it to be about rock bands.

Rosebowl is a bit longwinded for sure but that is what the skip ahead button is for. I listen to him and T&L and like everything else in life there are things I want to hear and things I have no interest in whatsoever so I just skip em.

I am not partial to the music top 10 especially for some obscure band I never heard of, for pro wrestling I cannot get to the skip ahead button fast enough and of course the ads that are the same every day. There is also only so much recruiting news I will to listen to. I know recruiting is the lifeblood of any program but I just have very little interest in the ins-and-outs of the process.

If he is truly an ambassador for Mississippi State University, he needs to clean up his appearance.

But I believe he holds himself out as "Media". So he can dress and look ridiculous if he likes.

He is definitely a guy with an appearance made for audio only.

Lol, you're going to pretend the situations call for the same response? Funny! One is our instate rival, direct competition on the recruiting trail, being protected by the state’s leading paper. He did only report the truth because it was being buried.

lastly, the words the Umiss fandom attribute to Steve are incredibly inaccurate. He really pulled punches when it was all said and done. If there was anything remotely libelous, there’s no doubt there were plenty willing to sue him. The best part was the the whole Godfrey response the minions awaited… which essentially just confirmed everything Steve said, just with a spin to pull down MSU or the entire system as corrupt. It was certainly a golden era of rebel tears.

I don’t care at all about what Steve said or did. I’m just saying his ******** high horse of it only “being about the truth” is hilarious. If he’d just admit he hates Ole Miss, hated Freeze, and decided to use his obsessive tendencies to bring them down, I’d respect him for it, despite not enjoying it. But his self-knighting of himself is what’s so funny.

But again, he benefitted from some ineptness at Ole Miss along with his self-driven obsession of Ole Miss. Hat tip to him for that.

Umiss was lying about things and getting away with it, so he put out the truth. Not sure how that’s being disingenuous. He does dislike Umiss - he makes no bones about it so you respect him now?

Frankly, the need to act like he obsesses over Umiss is weird. He’s in the biz, had first hand knowledge and his allegiance is to principle rival. If you or any rebel fans with power were in the same position you’d want someone to have the balls to do the same. But y’all didn’t have to because the CL did it for you. Self-knighting? Get outta here. Lol, for someone so insignificant and Of only self importance, he sure gets a lot of credit and garners much attention and vitriol from your fan base. Funny indeed..
