It was KJ Parker who leveled the punter. They ID'd him on TV. And Hazel Green Hawk is correct about the jersey switch.
Did he switch jerseys? I saw him wearing his #1 Jersey at the end of the game. Whomever #32 was, he had two devastating blocks that led to TD yesterday.

I think temporarily. If same number is in field at same time it's a penalty. I think on special teams they're both out there occasionally

I don't think number changes are announced. You're thinking about a guy with a lineman number declaring himself as an eligible receiver.
