The blitz by Ruiz that resulted in the sack of Mertz on 4th down will go down in NU football lore. That play pretty much sealed the game. What a terrific call by Doc!

Someone mentioned Ruiz reminding them of Ismaeli...well that play was very Hudafaesque!!

Hudafa's fumble recovery vs. Iowa in '95 was such a favorite,

Great to see Cam come up big. I think he got beat on the long TD pass, though he was expecting safety help across the hash.

Helluva defensive effort. Eku is really flashing now. And Jake Saunders is playing great too.

that was all pace on that td. Horrible eyes. Can’t blame ruiz
