Anyone wanna start a draft Schiano movement? How many off the field issues did we have under him? How was recruiting....without the Big Ten. Was Rutgers ever referred to as a "Dumpster fire" while he was in charge?

If the administration doesn't want to pony up to win a NC, at least with Schiano we will always have respect.

Unless we go winless in the Big Ten...then I think we keep Flood. He's cheaper than anything else out there.

Also, if they did can Flood...there's a good chance that this administration would promote somebody from within who is not qualified to coach at this level and pay them extremely low. It's sad

The coaches on staff are somehow even worse than Fudd.

Flood is done. That means his assistants are done. Are you watching this game that his assistants are coaching? Who the hell is capable of being the HC?

If Rutgers can't find anyone to fill the position I'll volunteer and I promise to consult the message board for all decisions about the depth chart and in game.

What B1G game do we actually stand a chance of winning? LOL if anyone thinks we can win @ Michigan or Indiana or even MD at home.

We will be lucky to beat Kansas and Army.

If nothing else Rutgers administration shows a complete consistent lack of imagination.

The coach next year will be Flood or Schiano. My guess is it will be Schiano.

NO!!! His program management was excellent, would not get good coordinators b/c good ones won't work with Greg, he meddles way too much, and game day stuff ain't his thing (except posing for the camera)......NOW, if he took the position at a cut rate (mere 1 million) so they could hire a blockbuster staff, AND he left them alone, and concentrated on managing the program and recruiting, he would have nightmares (about not being the center of attention)

I really want Tom Herman, but that buyout might be too much. Osu retained so much talent but look completely lost without him.

For the longest time I use to think that too, I didn't think RU would want to spend the money, but I think this last week put the nail in the coffin. 7 players arrested and a coach suspension, plus getting blown out (which will happen again this season) is going drive the NJ media crazy, and while RU might like to be cheap, I think they like not being harassed by the NJ media more.

I hope I am wrong, but I have a feeling that things will get worse as no one has control over this program anymore. It is obvious Flood has lost control of this program, and the people under him are even worse. The best thing to do now to save face and to get the media off their back is to clean house.

It 's gonna be a long long season, but I think there will be too much pressure to make a change at the end of the year.

The guy has to have a name.

GS at least was the DC of U during their run back in the day. Don't hire a "ho-hum' coach.

Frost would be my top choice. But things are getting so bad who is actually going to turn this cease pool around? Ugh.




If we can't get Frost - You want to know who would love another crack at the B1G and who can handle the media PLUS GET RECRUITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
