Quarters are terrible at this level. Don't like them for the women's game and won't like them for the men's game. I don't understand a need for quarters.

Umm maybe because the men’s NCAA is the only basketball organization not to play quarters. Even Catholic grade school basketball leagues play 4 quarters.
