Thanks for linking the Miami Vice and Prince videos.

They just don't make musicians like Prince anymore.

If you have never seen it, watch Prince at the George Harrison tribute. That’s the most amazing thing that I’ve ever seen.

I did. Even if Prince had not sang a note he would have been a top guitar player and song writer.

[tired]

"Itty bitty waist and a round thing in your face..."

Prince is one of the greatest guitar players and musicians to ever live. I've never seen a better solo.

About that...

Prince didn't rehearse that performance. Just did it. Dude was on his own planet.

There won't ever be another Prince. When he dropped his debut album at the age of 20, he played all 27 instruments, including electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, bass synth, singing bass, Fuzz bass, electric piano, acoustic piano, mini-Moog, poly-Moog, Arp string ensemble, Arp Pro Soloist, Oberheim four-voice, clavinet, drums, syndrums, water drums, slapsticks, bongos, congas, finger cymbals, wind chimes, orchestral bells, woodblocks, brush trap, tree bell, hand claps and finger snaps

Stevie Ray Vaughn by himself on a barstool with a handle of Jack at The Orpheum in Memphis playing “Little Wing” and others.

Pretty tough to beat

[G-Dawg]

Supposedly someone asked Eric Clapton what it was like, being the greatest guitar player on the planet, and he replied, "I don't know...you'll need to ask Prince."

[G-Dawg]

And is that Alison Brie with the strawberries??? OMG. What is that from?

[IBleedMaroonDawg]

She kills me every time.

The freckles by the pool aren't bad.

Prince is great, but he ain't Stevie Ray.

There aren't many people that could have ever gotten away with wearing that red hat.

Prince is one of them.

That guy is legendary.
