Text Alerts Do Not Work

I’ve got a USA mobile associated to Google Voice used to work fine at ToS. Signed up here, no validation code sent.

since the site offers other numbers put in my Australia number. No validation code sent.

as a sanity check sent myself a text to USA google voice number from Aus phone and it came through no problem

who can I work with to get this sorted?

@BenSherman opened a support ticket with On3 on this and they take zero accountability. That’s fine it’s not a crisis. Just fyi and no rush on this I expect it’ll never work and that’s ok.

The text alerts are not an On3 product. It’s something IC does via third party for its subscribers so that’s why On3 tech can’t help and you need to come to us directly.
