Texas State has a good defense, doubles the ball screen. We are struggling this year against those (OSU) type defenses.

Henderson plays crap D.
Henderson's D is poor.
Tulsa can't make FTs under Haith.
Birt brings nothing. Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Magnay is the only reason I watch. Korita to some extent too - not sure where Korita is tonight.

We need guards.

I wish we had TXST's guards. So much better.

We are also a ****** defensive rebounding team.

Battle looked just as good as Henderson or Birt... play him.

Korita and Mags -- very good.

Pierson for TXST is a good player.

Korita needs a little quicker footwork on defense to be really good. Nice to see his shooting confidence. Need Etou to get his stats.

Battle been hurt or did Haith realize he needs another PG to sub for Taplin?

I get impression this is not 100% development season for Haith. He wants to win now.

Rather obvious Wheeler and Henderson lack the handles to play PG at this level.

Korita is really good. Battle just needs some confidence and experience. He is really quick and his 1 on 1 D is pretty good. He seems a little lost when there's a screen and switch. Offensively he has a really good handle. I thought the 2nd foul was worthy of inclusion in. The FIFA HoF in terms of diving.

Our FT shooting has to improve by leaps and bounds. We've been in the bonus since 16:33 left on the clock and we seriously should be ahead by 10+ right now. Poor rebounding, too many turnovers in our part.

When Battle came in I had to look him up. He's athletic and knew what to do when he got the ball in scoring position but I agree with the comparison to a freshman Edogi, he seems lost a lot. Korita does so many things well, he can shoot, board, pass. I'm really looking forward to his development.

BTW, Birt hit 2 3's in the 1st half and the other 2 he missed were not off by much. His shooting form and rhythm looks much better tonight.

Korita 4 threes. Just doesn't need to guard quicker smaller players.
