The Big 12 will collapse before then, they just don't want to pay the buyouts so playing this like they are willing to wait. Kansas and Iowa State are going to possibly get a chance to jump to the B1G then the whole thing tumbles down and they get to slide on over.

Yeah, I believe Iowa State and Kansas are the only AAU schools in the Big 12, so they have a chance to be invited to the Big 10. West Virginia could go ACC. The rest would probably pray for a PAC 12 invite.
