There are 353 teams in D-1.
They are 350th in 3-point percentage
They are 336th in total field goal percentage
They are 336th in points scored
They are 240th in total rebounding
Kentucky should destroy this team.
Ok, maybe thirdC'mon. Pearl is the second best coach in the league.
Do you understand how lame that excuse sounds after offering it for every road game?I expect a tuff game against the aggies!!
-With the referee bias, we will playing in the "8 vs.5" mode again.
-Aggies, as poor a shooting team as they are, will make everything they throw up in the air, maybe 15/17 from Three and shoot 90% from the line with WAY more FT opportunities than us.
-Some no-name, whatever, mid-roster player that nobody has ever heard of will suddenly play like Lebron James against us and go off for his career game.
Nothing wrong with a good buzz.Buzz is not a great coach. He is a good coach. We need to be focused.
Hope you are the first to 71.Going to be playing golf in College Station in the morning before going to the game.
Should be a great day.
Well actually they have shot 46٪ and 53٪ in the last 2 games. This means A&M is now certain to:
Make 10 3s
Shoot 60 percent in the first half
Drop a minimum of 75 points
Stay even with UK on the boards
We will win and cover (-5.5) tonight... I think we will be ahead double digits until last few seconds of game and then it will be 8 or so.Last game, minus IQ, we were 1-9 in 3 point shooting.
I'm still not comfortable in our long range game.
But, and I'm looking up at the basketball gods while saying this, we are long overdue for a blowout victory.
I forgot to add that we will win and still slip in the net rankings. SMHWe will win and cover (-5.5) tonight... I think we will be ahead double digits until last few seconds of game and then it will be 8 or so.
Either way, besides us winning I LOVE the fact that we are the main game (ESPN) and DOOK is stuck on their on conference network.
We should schedule a game near there,Cal would be right in his element.
and don't turn the ball over 20 times.I feel pretty good about us winning this game if we set the tempo early and don't allow the refs to get in our head.
That wont help them v our defense, which is top 15 in America.Well actually they have shot 46٪ and 53٪ in the last 2 games.
Vegas has it at 6.5--7.0..You got close, great guess.the line will prob be around 6.
We should beat them easily but it will more than likely be another close one lol
They will play like the Warriors tonight. There are 353 teams in D-1.
They are 350th in 3-point percentage
They are 336th in total field goal percentage
They are 336th in points scored
They are 240th in total rebounding

TAMU winning at Bama is impressive. I’ll take any kind of road win.
They won at Alabama. Not easy to do. I expect us to win but don't see an easy game for us.Lot's of "we should/will beat this team easily tonight" kind of talk. Admittedly, I had the same sort of impression of A&M - not much there. But I just read this from BTI at KSR, and it's pretty informative (an informative post from BTI!):
"Keep in mind some early season results for the Aggies, even in wins:
-Beat UL-Monroe by 6
-Beat Troy by 4
-Beat Texas A&M Corpus-Christie by 3
-Beat Texas Southern by 3
-Lost to Gonzaga (30), Harvard, Temple, Fairfield, Texas, and Oklahoma State
Their non-conference results were some of the worst in league history and I can almost guarantee there was not a worse offensive basketball team coming into conference play in the modern history of the league. I genuinely thought we were looking at a 1 or 2 win SEC team. Instead the Aggies are currently sitting at 8-6 in the conference with a real shot at the double bye in the league. Here is how much the Aggies are undervalued:
-Favorites in just 2 of 14 SEC games (yet won 8 games overall)
-Won outright at underdog in 7 SEC games
-Have won 3 games outright as underdog of 9 points or more
Consider that last stat. Three wins outright as an underdog of 9 points or more. How many other of those wins does the entire SEC have? ONE! Vanderbilt over LSU."
That's a pretty impressive turnaround, and makes one think whatever A&M was in December, they are more than that now....
