If so, expect dozens more. It won’t just be those two. Could well be a trend with all that’s going on with this virus. The thoughts of this sucks beyond what words can convey.
Just make the straight to NBA or 2 years in college rule already..
If such high profile recruits left, Kentucky guys or not... I have to think that NCAA big wigs and high profile coaches and ADs would move fast to meet and come up with a game plan. If the top15 guys are just going to walk out at random times, screwing over a lot of the nations top teams and fanbases, some action need to be done.
I think you'd see the NBA, PA and college work together to just eradicate the 1AD rule all together and college would just forget about the top recruits. We're almost there anyways..

I have a question though.. How does this work for NBA teams.? If the Rio Grande Valley Vipers offer T Clarke $500k, or whatever.. the Rockets could effectively sign him immediately to play.. basically buying themselves a top5 draft pick. really would like a baseball rule where guys could go straight to pro after high school but if you go to college you have to stay 3 years. Role players leaving for 2nd round or undrafted is getting old
