Why did they take her to the hospital? Her victims weren’t afforded that luxury.
Bring back the firing squad.
So do they have to try again at a later date? What’s the SOP for a botched state sponsored execution?
lol, no.She should be freed. Phuck it.
Oh man the comments on this have been top tier.So she’s most likely going to remain in prison but not be executed. Great. More tax dollars wasted.
Oh boy. Are you a judge in a blue city by chance? She should be freed. Phuck it.
Oh man the comments on this have been top tier.
What if we find out these women tampered with the meds? After the Clancy trial, if this turns out to be them sabotaging an execution, women will be set back a century.Woman only excel at killing children and the unborn apparently. Get a firing squad put together and this can be finished in under a minute..
Wood, then hit her in the head with a hammer.lol, no.
She is a psycho that carved devil symbols into her victims and took parts of a their skull as a trophy.
She can be freed if she sleeps at your house.
Leave the curse words for the iowa site, phaggotShe should be freed. Phuck it.
She should be freed. Phuck it.
Damn brothe report says it was an all female execution team - no wonder it failed.

I don’t troll. I converse/tease posters. How’s everyone enjoying their echo chamber on the other site. Seems like you guys got your circle jerk back. Are you trolling me phaggot?
I wouldn’t be surprised if a doc sabotaged it
Well, they may not have a whole lot of doctors lining up to administer lethal injections. Hippocratic Oath and all that.
Oh, wait, this is Tennessee we're talking about. Never mind. Prolly a host of MAGA doctors eager to do the job.
Sounds like we should speed up the process. This has such comedically rich potential. (And a few semi-serious thoughts as well...)
First, you just don't see a lot of people survive a double dose of pentobarbital. Sorta makes you think twice about whole pentagram-carving thingy and whether she may have been on to something.
Second, the whole audible snoring thing is classic. Sorta reminds me of an old Batman episode when the villains had taken some old lady prisoner and put her on the rack, and as they cranked the stretching up, she was saying how good it felt.
If the all female execution team is true (I have my doubts), it sorta reminds me of when my kids were in elementary school. They had a sports assembly one morning, and as they're going through the various things, they came to the "Girls on the Run" program, which is a great program designed to get girls focused on fitness, empowerment, and all of the usual modern themes. So the overeducated mom who's running the thing comes out on stage, and calls the girls out. The first girl comes running out, takes a look out at the large crowd, and absolutely freezes in her tracks, causing all of the girls behind her to literally pile up behind her.
As to the "now what?" issue, I don't think this raises any double jeopardy issues, but it's a near certainty that, even after the state completes its internal reviews, we're not going to be hearing about her second execution for a long, long time, as I'm sure there are going to be a series of appeals asserting that a second execution amounts to cruel and unusual punishment for 8th amendment purposes.
FTR, I personally don't buy into the death penalty as illegal/cruel and unusual stuff that much, but from a policy perspective, I've long since concluded it really doesn't serve the purposes usually asserted to support it (deterrence, Hobbesian social stability derived from public vengeance) very well given the time it takes to execute, and the reality that its implementation isn't particularly equitably administered.
Jeeeeebus. Just pull the plug. This lady was sentenced to death. This is malpractice and should be a violation of the law.
She was sentenced to death and they are keeping her alive on a ventilator? She cant breathe on her own. WTF is going on? She was sentenced to death.
They also have the electric chairThere is a serious constitutional crisis with this case. Serious case of cruel and unusual punishment may be at hand.
At the very least, Tennessee has a serious problem in their process for administering lethal injections since this is literally the second time they have botched an execution.
They also have the electric chair
